How do I know if I've been charged?
If you've been charged for a credit report, there will be an entry on the Your Account, Your Orders page. It will clearly state the date and order number. Just click the receipt link to view specific details such as card number, product ordered, and amount. If you have not yet been charged, you will see a notice that says, "No charges on file."

How do I get a copy of my receipt?
Click the 'your account' tab, then the 'your info' subtab, to the right of each entry, there is a "Receipt" link. Select this link and you will be presented with a copy of the original receipt. You can print the receipt by clicking on the "print this receipt" link at the bottom of the receipt.
